If you have consistent monthly design needs you can purchase a set number of hours to use on any combination of web/digital design or tech support. For existing clients only, or sign up on a trial basis after a website audit.
How this works: For a BASIC plan (1 hour per month), we might spend 30 minutes formatting/scheduling your email newsletter, 15 minutes setting up a new email address, and 15 minutes fixing an issue in your project management system. Every month can be different.

NOT INCLUDED (billed hourly/referral partners):
Print/graphic design, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), ad management (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads), social media management, content/copywriting (we can edit/format/post, but we don’t write the blog posts for you).
NOTES:
- Hours do not roll over. We want to work with you on an ongoing basis.
- Plans are paid by automatic credit card payment – no invoicing.
- You should be an existing client to begin an ongoing support plan. We’ll make recommendations for your best package/usage, based on what we know of your business and the projects we’ve handled in the past. If you are a new client, we can begin work together on a trial (hourly) basis to make sure it’s a good fit.
- You can cancel with 30 days notice (beginning with the month after cancellation request).
